Such a great question. Thinking about the first session can be a little daunting - I don’t blame you if you feel that way! Our first session will mostly be spent going over important information together and getting to know each other a little more. I will ask you some open-ended questions to help me understand your story as we dive into our journey, and we’ll work collaboratively to establish some goals for our time together.

I charge $130 for a 50-minute individual counseling session and $145 for a 50-minute couples counseling session.

Unfortunately, I do not take insurance at this time. However, I would be happy to provide a superbill at your request.

I currently see clients virtually and in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 7 PM. I also see clients on Saturday afternoons from 10 AM to 3 PM. I’d love to try to find a time that works for us!

My office is located on College Blvd and Quivira Rd. After you set up your first appointment, you will receive the address to my office.
